Amy Q Cooper

Amy Q Cooper is the Founder and CEO of Studio Q Designs – a design and technology agency committed to building bright futures.

 

Amy leads an all-women team that has built brand awareness and growth for over 50 change-making organizations across Canada. She is an award-winning business leader and seeks to amplify what makes us human, foster authentic connections, and transform how we experience the digital world.

 

In everything she does, Amy shows up authentically. She sees her unique experiences as a young woman in business and technology as an opportunity to challenge stereotypes and build inclusive spaces where creativity can thrive. Bethany Wheeler

As a female financial advisor with a holistic approach to wealth management, Bethany brings a unique perspective to help clients achieve their financial goals. Success is not just about numbers; it is about your life, your dreams & your values.

Her commitment is to empower clients with personalized financial strategies that not only grow clients wealth, but also align with their aspirations and priorities. She draws on open communication, tailored solutions and a deep understanding of clients financial journey to ensure that they can confidently navigate their path to financial well-being today and in the future.

Bethany began her career in the financial industry with CIBC after moving to Brandon from the Okanagan in 2011.  She’s served clients in many capacities, including working with high value clients and later on in a management capacity. In 2018, she shifted her focus to learning more about private wealth and investments when she took on an associate role with RBC Dominion Securities and then briefly with Edward Jones.

When away from the office, Bethany can be found spending time with her partner, Colton, chasing around their four boys, hiking with their dogs or lifting weights.

DEVON CLUNIS

Devon Clunis was Chief of Police for the City of Winnipeg and Inspector General of Policing for the Province of Ontario. He took on these roles because he believes policing has a significant impact on the community.

 

Devon’s leadership philosophy is “People First – Inside Out” with a strong commitment to creating unity across all sectors of society. He has dedicated his career to strengthening relationships between individuals, institutions, and communities, believing that lasting change begins from the inside out.

 

Devon is driven by a vision of communities where every person feels valued and empowered to contribute, and believes this is possible when we recognize and seize the power of human connection. His approach blends thoughtful reflection with decisive action, inspiring others to work toward a more compassionate, just, and unified society.


Devon is the co-author of two children’s books on equity, diversity and inclusion, and his reflective autobiography, ONE – A Story of Hope in Our Time, addresses many of the social challenges facing society and calls us to create a more cohesive social climate.

Somia Sadiq

Somia is an award-winning entrepreneur, global peace negotiator, and visionary leader in conflict transformation strategies. As the founder of Narratives, Kahanee, and Ravayat, she pioneers storytelling-driven solutions for change. A sought-after keynote spea ker and conflict readiness strategist, she blends business acumen with cultural wisdom. Gajarah, her debut novel, is a powerful testament to the power of storytelling in fostering resilience rooted in identity, and ancestral strength.

Paul Soubry

Paul Soubry joined NFI as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009, leading the company through a series of transformations and acquisitions that have led to NFI’s current leadership position across bus and motor coach markets. Today, NFI has approximately 9,300 people across nine countries and is leading the evolution to global zero-emission mobility.  Paul retired from NFI in January 2026 and now serves as an advisor to the company.

 

Paul has a sales, marketing, business development and operations background in businesses held by trade, private equity and public owners, with substantial experience in business transformations and LEAN operational practices. Prior to joining NFI, Paul worked for StandardAero (one of the world’s largest independent aerospace maintenance companies) for 24 years, where he held a variety of increasingly senior positions; he was named President in 2001, Chief Operating Officer in 2006, and Chief Executive Officer in 2007.

 

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and attended the Executive Development program at Harvard Business School. Paul is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program (ICD.D). Paul currently sits on the Board of Directors of NFI Group, The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club/True North Sports and Entertainment and The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company. He was also the Chair of the University of Manitoba’s Front and Center capital campaign, which raised CDN $626 million. 

 

Paul was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 in 2003, inducted into the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Hall of Fame in 2014, received the Chartered Professional in Human Resources Patron of the Year Award in 2016, recognized as Canada’s CEO of the Year by the Financial Post in 2016, awarded the University of Manitoba’s 2018 Distinguished Alumni Award, awarded the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education Distinguished Service Award in 2020, and awarded an Honourary Doctor of Laws from the from the University of Manitoba in 2022.

Shauna Muldrew

Shauna Muldrew is the founder of Infinity Nutrition and Health Coaching and a leading voice in women’s mental and physical health in Winnipeg. After years of pushing through life without prioritizing her mental health, Shauna rebuilt her life in her 30s by learning how to support her body and mind together.

With over 15 years in the health and wellness industry, Shauna is a Registered Health and Nutrition Counselor and Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist who helps women build confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits that support long-term success. As an entrepreneur and single full-time mom, she brings real-world perspective to what happens when ambition comes before well-being. Shauna shares a message she wishes she’d learned sooner: prioritizing mental and physical health early isn’t a detour from success, it’s what makes it possible.
